2. Services
GetSellers provides motivated-seller lead generation for real estate investors through Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Appointment, and Live Transfer models. Specific deliverables, volumes, and pricing are defined in your order or agreement.
3. Payment
You pay only for the verified leads, appointments, or live transfers you receive. There are no retainers or long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Exclusivity
Each lead is delivered to a single investor in a given market. Market exclusivity is subject to availability and your active subscription or order.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use leads in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA and other contact regulations. You are responsible for your own outreach and follow-up.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
We deliver verified motivated-seller leads; we do not guarantee that any specific lead will result in a closed deal. Results depend on your follow-up and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSellers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
